Great news! Recent reports from the northwest multiple listing service (NWMLS) indicate home values in King County rose 7.2 percent in July compared with one year ago. A slight indication that home values will continue to trend upward. This is great for homeowners who saw the value of their property continue to plunge downward over the last couple of years.
